Orders (except preorder items) dispatch within 3 business days, this excludes weekends. Please note that your order may be split when sending, as we fulfil our Australian warehouses and occasionally from our stores.

Shipping via postal service should then take around 3-5 business days for your package to arrive once your order is fulfilled. You will receive an Australia Post International tracking number for your reference so you can follow your order's journey. Once arrives in the UK then please continue to track the number provided with your country's local postal service.

While we make every effort to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, there can be unforeseen delays with our delivery providers which we have no control over once the order leaves our warehouse.

Bhumi products are shipped for FREE to most countries for orders above £100 GBP. Orders below £100 GBP are shipped for a flat rate of £15 GBP.

Orders will be shipped to you via Australia Post International. When your order is fulfilled and on it's way to you, you will receive a tracking number for your reference to follow your order's journey. Once arrives in the UK then please continue to track the number provided with your country's local postal service.

Please note: any customs duties and taxes for orders that may apply over the customs threshold will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcels.
